So I kind of am a professional.  I'm a registered physiotherapist in Ontario; however, no I will not answer your injury related questions, and no, I don't know everything about fitness!  I'm on this journey too remember?  While I do possess some knowledge in my hilariously small head (I can wear youth hats and finding sunglasses that stay on my head is always a challenge) anything I say here is in relation to myself and my goals.  Please consult your doctor or local health care professional when injuries happen.  They will be much more able to help you than I!
